the gym was a joke, just a treadmill and a bike stuffed in a closet. it opens at 9am too? really? that is USELESS for anyone wanting to workout before exploring. pillows were the WORST, seemed like sleeping on rocks. i had a hard time finding GOOD sleep.

the staff was very helpful . daniella assisted with a room upgrade and provided complimentary breakfast. the hotel also provided a portable wifi device, a useful addition.
the room temperature was centrally controlled. the pillows were also not comfortable. i struggled to sleep well at night due to these issues.

Matilde at the front desk gave us a warm welcome upon our late arrival. Luigi, Danielle, and Alessandro were amazing staff members and were helpful and professional. The room had a quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated after exploring the city. It included easy access to the train station.

i had a really pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. daniela at reception was super helpful. the hotel is close to the train station, a real plus.
the gym is small, and i found the equipment limited. i would like to see some improvements there.
